Lots of holes in the coaching list? Not sure why you would like to highlight that?

Lots of holes in the coaching list? Not sure why you would like to highlight that? sure . looks like they think they'll pull 3 or more teams at u11. maybe they should transfer some of those teams to fill up the boys side. jk

Just out of curiosity, why is Brian not coaching the BU-13 team? Brian's work schedule does not allow for enough time to coach a team full time at the moment. Steve is a veteran trainer in the auburn area and is well suited to take these boys even further. Brian will still be around the club helping out here and there when his schedule allows. -Z

Without even knowing who Dyers Eve is, i will make an assumption. He (or she ) is disgruntled with synergy and or AYSA and needs to just take his ball and go home. Is Synergy the best run club in the state, probably not. do they need help going in the right direction, YES but to constantly badger an organization like you have is starting to PISS ME OFF!!! Its not that you do not have good points sometimes its just the venom in which you speek. i am wondering if you might be a past board member that was ousted or a coach for that matter. All I am saying is opinions are great but venom is poisonous to us all. yes, I am a parent of a Synergy parent that currently is Happy, but not with everything. Step-up and make a difference or just shut-up!!!!!! Have a nice day and accept my appologies for my rant because ultimately Dyers Eve is just another Crazy Parent that loves his kid and the game of soccer. And to you Dyers EVE, I offer an adult beverage your way as a truce. Have a Blessed day.

Maybe now you will step up and lead your organization to make some changes that will have a positive impact on all the kids. I appreciate you holding me accountable for being a jerk. I deserve, I get it! I can only hope you hold your members accountable for their actions and comments they have made on this site. Really what set me off was when one of your coaches announces on WPS that one of the other coaches was fired, that felt a little venomous to me. Pretty harsh thing to do, especially before you notified any of the parents of the team that you have removed the coach. I am not and have never been a coach or board member with AYSA or Synergy. Most of the information I have is from over hearing board members conversations at the soccer field. Pretty scary how much I hear! I am sure that the board has several great people trying to do their best, but it doesn’t feel like anything is getting done. I will let you be, but if you continue to stand by and do nothing to improve your organization, I will be back! Good Luck! Dyers Eve

What do you mean???
Synergy was a strong proponent of the PSPL; McCreery going was one of the reasons I went. Then he didn't; but the rest of the club did. Little details like that are important. That's why I asked.

Synergy was a strong proponent of the PSPL; McCreery going was one of the reasons I went. Then he didn't; but the rest of the club did. Little details like that are important. That's why I asked. Mostly just the B teams went to PSPL. The A teams all stayed with WYS to compete in State Cups. Rumor is that Synergy is leaning towards US Club, but I do not think they have committed. From what I can tell, the state is dangling the possibility that top level select teams may be able to compete in the RCL. I am sure several of the small clubs with fall for it a stay with WYS.
