THe recipe shown in the article is not the only one being used in "Bottle Bombs", although it is the simplest.    So far none have shown up with real explosives, but it is only a matter of time.  There are at least 3 simple recipes using household materials to make military grade explosives.   I do not suggest scouring the internet to find those recipes, kids, as it will trigger all sorts of alerts, tracers and alarms.
