Starting from recreational..... i played on two different ones. One my mom coached me from 5-7 years of age....after that I played on a different team in recreation until i was old enough for select/premier. My first year i played on the B team but they called it the silver way back when....after that I moved to the gold team or top team at my club until i was done playing. I can say though that I stayed in the same association my entire playing days. Kids just did not play outside of their boundries back then, unlike today where kids move all the time.

Good question my friend.....how many have you been on? Grin

Including teams within the same club (moved from 6th level to 4th level one year, at that age it was no longer age group specific, it was levels) nine in total, I believe.   Then a whole bunch as an adult.

I played rec when I was in elementary school, and years later was invited to scrimmage with my college’s team (D3).  Don't read too much into that  as they really needed warm bodies to fill out two teams, and I was enough of an athlete to keep up with the "real" players.

In 8 seasons (he “played up” one year), my son has played for 4 clubs and 9 coaches.
