The WSYSA website says that final CAP scores will be posted on 6/9/10. I can't seem to find them. Has anyone found the link?

Not sure if I did it right, but to me it did not appear it is up yet. I will keep checking and post if I figure it out. But I am sure their are much more capable individuals than I, so maybe someone else will have it figured out.  Did any one check to see if the cap score is posted? It showed in Scores and schedules that the CAP scores have been removed. I forget why tho and I'm too lazy to go back and look  |

*** CAP scores for the 2009-2010 State League season will be temporarily unavailable on the League Standings pages. All league standings and game results will still be displayed.
no wonder I couldn't remember a reason...... they didn't give one! |

What a JOKE! I know some teams that are way too high and some that are way too low. PSPL is the place to play it looks like, the State has hit an all time low with this CAP stuff! |

Looking at the GU17 - 92's, I am wondering if this means that they will let the Emerald City Green (State Champs)-now Seattle United-Copa team to play P1 at U18. Also, looks like Eastside White pole vaults into P1 when Frenchie's Red team folds. I don't see how the state should allow a P3 team move into P1in one year when they didn't compete in the Championship tournament. Plus 3-Rivers AND Snohomish earned a spot in P1. Snohomish is getting robbed if this stands. Does anyone know yet if they will still form 10 team leagues?

It would seem that SU Copa (ECFC Green) will play U18. Do they need to play in a state league to compete in state cup? PDL didn't, but who knows with the state. They would want to stay in shape so they can win again next year. But once the other teams learn to play against them, it could be a very different story. Best they stay illusive as always and avoid the league :  I've heard that they may have two separate P1 brackets. A & B. But we will see what happens. The real surprise to me is Eastside White. They didn't play against any comparable teams to determine a P1 level. Possibly they will get some of the Red girls and form a team that might be able to compete, but it will definitely be a different league than what they are used to. |

Crystal ball you might have something with 2 P-1 brackets the way it looks the top 8 eight teams are very close would be good games. The 2 "B" teams NWN (nova) and ECFC White now tango have done nothing the last 2 years just riding the coat tails of the "A" teams. Nova: 5 goals scored gave up 17.. ECFC white/tango won 2 games total in league and statecup combined last year at u-17 and thats with a ringer from Ferndale. The state wants close games 1-0 2-1 games with these 2 groupings you would get those results. Harbor and 3-Rivers only 2 teams in top 8 who did not at least make it to the quarter finals in the championship cup . FC Alliance and Spiros only 2 teams who made the quarters in the second grouping. Can anyone answer as to why the CAP scores are taken down during state cup and then show up June 10 why cant we watch the CAP scores as the state cup goes along from game to game and see how it goes up or down for each loss or win? The PSPL will certainly benefit from the CAP scores and lack of leadership & support from the State towards non PDL teams & clubs. They forget where all these kids get their starts...Looks like the WSL will struggle to form quality leagues this year, I know most teams from last year are all headed to the PSPL and said ^&!%&*)_* you to the State... It's a shame, they had a chance to start fixing this all and decided not to... |
