If you are (or parent of) a G95, G94, or G93 premier player and don't want to play high school soccer or can't for some reason (like you are a 9th grader in a junior high for example) and want to keep playing premier soccer this fall while your club team is disbanded for school soccer, we might have an option for you to play with a premier team if you live in the south end!
The Fusion Fire CPT are a multiple age college prep team playing out of the Graham/Spanaway area in Pierce County. The Fire played at P3 and in the Challenge cup in 2009 and looks like we will be advancing to P2 next year in the state league. Our players range in age from G95 to G93 and we play all year, including the fall. Most of our players (all except 2 this year) generally choose not to play high school soccer in the fall and would rather stay together and keep advancing together as players and as a premier team. Each player makes that choice. Our girls are all close friends and we have a ton of FUN as well as work hard so I think that has a lot to do with it. The Fire will be playing indoor soccer at Starfire on Saturday (10 games usually), an outdoor premier friendly game on Sunday afternoons (10 game league that we run every year ouselves with many other premier teams), and practicing Tuesday and Thursday nights. We are playing in the tournament at Stafire Labor Day weekend as well and you would participate in that tournament. We are looking for 2 guest players to play with us from 8/15 to 11/15. The cost is $205 for all that action and the Fire players opting to play HS will turnover their uniform for you to use so you don't have any cost there.
