Here's my take:

Crossfire James
Eastside Red
WPFC Black
Nwn's Red
Rush Nike
Seattle United Copa
GRFC Blue
Federal Way
Bainbridge Island
Harbor FC

Honorable Mention: Timbers Red, Dos Red, Whatcom Gold

Any reason why your team should be in the top 10?

Nice to see Dos get some cred, boys came in 2nd down in Beaverton this weekend, lost to a team they beat earlier in pool play  Tongue  Would love to see them at the Rainier Challenge though  :Smiley

I think Spokane Valley BU12 Cobra Strike FC should get an honorable mention.  They are Sounders FC Cup champions.

With a name like "Cobra Strike" how could  you keep them out of the top 10?  I love the name  Cool

Good list.

Is NWN still in the hunt?  I thought two big contributors joined other teams.

Cobra could be very good again this year, might be the best U-12 boys out of district six bar none.

What are the Timbers Red up to?  what tournaments have they participated in this summer?  Might be nice to get some records from these top teams and compare Black Ice's accuracy perhaps?

I would replace Harbor FC and Bainbridge FC after reading that WPFC scored 30 goals and allowed none over 4 games in the Harbor Cup this past weekend. Replacements would be Univ. Place Seawolves and Evergreen rounding out the Top 10. Up and coming team is Wash. Rush Boy's U-12, as I see they won the Lake Oswego Cup this weekend. Did anyone see any of WPFC Blacks games this weekend? Not giving up any goals and coming away with a clean sheet is impressive.

Didn't realize that Evergreen had merged into Wash. Rush making one club. So with that being said, I would suggest adding Colibri U-12 A or the Blackhills U-12 A as the 10th team to round out the top 10 going into fall league.

Harbor should get dropped, bring in Colibri and I would like to see the Seawolves play before I pass judgement.  They're in the Rainier Challenge and will have a chance to make a name for themselves after Dos dropped out  Tongue

Certainly is more fun on this site when your age group is being discussed.  I think the next big tournament is the Rainier Challenge.  It includes Seattle Unite, Wpfc, Eastside, Nwn's, FW Storm, & Seawolves to name a few.  I would look for some movement in the rankings after this tournament.  But that's still weeks away.  Dos has the washington state games tournament with harbor, Rapids, & EFC White.  I will predict that after this tournament the Rapids will be at least a honorable mention.  I would expect harbor to come out fighting after the weekend they just had

I disagree, the rapids will not fair well in the RC and Dos should have been at this one to see how they fair.

While you are entitled to your opinion, your haste to disagree with me led to your failure to recognize that the Rapids are in the Washington State Games, Dos's tournament, not the the RC.  I agree with your 2nd and most accurate statement, Dos should be in the RC

Plus 1 for trying

My player will be guest playing for the Rapids in the Washington Games. He is excited as he gets to play with some former teammates, and a former classmate. It will be fun and exciting for him.

@NKOTB - the Rapids are good team. They have been playing PSPL, and have been doing great there. I have not seen them compete in tournament play yet, but I have heard they fair well. I understand they actually were the 2009 Tyee Cup Champs, but for whatever reason did not participate this year. It should be fun for my player, he is excited, but understands that this means a lot to this team, so he is all for giving his 100%.

Probably will run into you. I guess we start off with Harbor FC, and Dos on Friday. EFC on Saturday.

I believe there will be a couple playing up a year for the 98's...you won't be able to tell, they fit right in with the 98 group.  Does anyone know if Crossfire James and Eastside 99's will be playing up with the 98's this fall?

I noticed on wpfc white's team page they actually thanked their guest players.  I thought this was cool, you don't see teams publicly/web site thank their guests.  Of course one of those guests scoring goals was a Dos kid  Cheesy  Hopefully he has some goals in reserve for this weekend against harbor and the Rapids
