Hmmm... Were they out and then removed?  I don't see them.

>>>Never mind... I can see them from a different browser.   Ignore first line of this post

OK. Ha Ha, I can laugh at myself for the ridiculous post and subsequent request to ignore the same post!    I didn't want to leave an empty comment, though.    Is it possible to delete posts?

wow - don't know what the number of teams entered before (when it was earlier), but looks like alot must have dropped.  If you have only 4 in Samba and 4 in Copa, why not just combine them?  Good luck to all that are going.

I do know of a lot of teams that felt the new schedule was not going to work because of other tournaments they are playing. However, most folks supported WPFC's decission to move the date due to the weather/field conditions. I am sure WPFC recognized teams were going drop along the way.

in the Copa bracket they added SHSC 96 Black (Crossfire White and NWN Blue had to drop) and to the earlier post they added the WPFC White squad to Copa from Samba. Agree that teams/clubs agreed with the decision to postpone and move the tournament to August. we knew going in that we would likely be short players as the new date was originally a free weekend and many families made plans around that. As it stands, we found ourselves short 7 players (yes-half of the team) and were also going to pull out but the tourney director asked if we would reconsider and if they had to they would waive the amount of guest players allowed. I should be clear that they were very gracious and understanding and were willing to let us drop even after the July 9th deadline. We decided to forge ahead and just hoped we would get enough players-not quite full but at least a couple of gals on bench at a time. Not sure what the team will look like or how they will do, but for the players that are in town and wanted to play, they are happy to get the chance to hit the pitch   laugh
