Ended in a 0 - 0 :shock:
Royal team dominated entire game. Think the goalie only had one touch on the ball. Royals couldn't get shots in.
Snowed off/on through game....COLD!!!!
Interesting game in the end, but good luck to all the girls in their games to come.

From what I understand Reign had a ton of chances to tie the game in the 2nd half but just couldn't get the ball in the net. Xfire capitalized and took a 1-0 lead in the first half and packed it in on the defensive side to secure the lead and a first place finish.
Reign was sooooo close to taking the pool, congrats to reign devo for a great season. Look out for these girls next year.

It was still a very good game.
Patriots 3 PPFC 2
We did however learn something very important. Play until the whistle blows. My DD gave up a goal because she "assumed" the girl was off sides. There was talk that the girl was offsides but I guess in the end that doesn't matter. Snow was coming down pretty good. It was very cold.

What a great team and they really turned some heads and opened some eyes from our group. They played with such heart and fire a 2-0 lead never felt safe......then 2-1, then 3-1, then 3-2 till the end. Could've easily been a different out come one way or another. Kudos to PPFC for battling like champions. You're right on the temp........cold cold cold.....the kid didn't warm up her hands till we hit Totem Lake on the ride home and the heater didn't get off full blast till we pulled in the drive. Patriots played well, knocked the ball around a bit. A bit sloppy on the one touch passes in the first half but calmed down and simplified in the 2nd. Both teams played really well and we only came away with one injured player. One had to come out as she didn't want to hurl on her team mates or opponents. Get better D...the flu is NO fun. No matter what happens, Pac Prem has another fan or 20 I think bracket c is more wide open than it may appear. well done all |

Big Red coast to a 4-0 over a scrappy CW Magic team. Not exactly a clean crisp game...lots of cold rain and wind . CW plays a great offsides trap that caught our forwards a few times :twisted:... plus their goalie plays way off line to take away thru-balls.Way to fight till the end Magic,go get'em next week.
